Dinner tonight was a shepherd’s pie recipe from Home Chef, and all I could think about was this:
#ProudDadAlert: “Captain Clutch” (moniker bestowed by his coaches) comes through with the game winner in the shootout in today’s contest. In a previous game this season against Frisco, he had the game winner in overtime.
At our friend Keith’s 50th birthday party, and the restaurant is on Lake Lewisville. Had to get a sunset shot with my sweetheart.
Adoptive/foster/kinship parents: there are heavy orphan/abandonment/orphanage themes in #TheBatman. Heavy. If you have a kiddo wrestling with trauma from their own experiences in those areas, you need to see the film before letting them watch it.
Thematically—and honestly, cinematically, too—#TheBatman is the darkest Batman film yet. This is NOT a superhero film for kids. Do not take your 8 year-old to see this movie.
